How it works

From your X-ray to a result in four steps

    Create an account

    Sign up with your e-mail address or your phone number. A free allowance of analyses is included every month.

    Add your details

    Your date of birth and your sex are needed: the analysis uses your age band and your sex, and nothing else about you.

  3. 3
    Upload and agree

    Choose a JPEG or PNG of your OPG and agree that it is sent for analysis. It takes moments.

  4. 4
    Read the result

    The result is shown in your account, and you are told by e-mail when it is ready. The e-mail itself holds no health information.

Your data

What happens to your radiograph

  • The analysis is done by an artificial intelligence service chosen by TandAPI (OpenAI or Anthropic). It receives the picture without your name and without any data from the camera or the scanner, together with your age band and your sex, and nothing else.

  • The file you upload is not kept as it is: a resized copy without that data is stored encrypted, and it is shown only to you.

  • You can delete a radiograph and its result at any time. If you do nothing with your radiographs for two years, with no upload and no look at a picture or a result, they are deleted automatically.

This is an automated screening aid. It is not a diagnosis and it does not replace a doctor: only a doctor who examines the patient can say whether anything is wrong.
